Being a Santa Rosa Beach family photographer, using architecture to enhance the artwork is one of the ways I’m able to stay so inspired! For this neutral beach family session, we began in Rosemary Beach – my personal favorite location on 30a (I even find it slightly more charming than Alys Beach, which is a close second!).
Between the time we went from the town of Rosemary down to the beach, we got a little bit of a rain shower (that the forecast didn’t previously indicated), but we didn’t let that stop us! As soon as the rain let up enough for us to head out on the beach, we did just that. I used to previously favor sunny days compared to overcast, but in the past couple of years I’ve grown to really embrace the overcast tones and oftentimes, those sessions become my favorites!
The timelessness of their light neutral palette is simply decadent! I also love the choice to put dad in a long pant – a decision that elevates the session. And we can’t not talk about the World’s Prettiest Baby! This sweet girl was not only just preciously sweet, but also so stinkin’ gorgeous (and I think we can agree, she got it from her mama)!! This whole family was so gracious, sweet, and fun – the type of family that truly makes my job as a Santa Rosa Beach family photographer the best one on the planet!
